Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. After the order is processed you should expect to receive your order with 5- 7 business days via USPS First Class Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. Because we rely on the US Postal Service we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Since we are a company based in Georgia, a state sales tax will be charged for Georgia residents. Out of state orders will not be taxed.

We carefully produce each cd checking it for quality prior to shipping. Customer service is very important to us. Please call or email us with any questions you may have. Because of the personalization of the product, we do not give refunds, but will exchange for the same name and the same cd within 14 days if there is a mistake on our part or a manufacturing defect.
